When you move to a new company, you can update the information as follow:
Go to mobile app: go to Personal page- select Company name- Change company- search for your new company and submit a request. The company's admin will review and accept your request.
* If your new company has not joined Gopy yet, you can choose Public User in the Company Name section.

When you delete your account, we'll delete the content you've posted, such as your photos and status updates, after that, you won't be able to recover that information. Information that others share about you is not part of your account and will not be deleted. If you do not wish to delete your account but wish to temporarily stop using the Product, you may deactivate your account. To delete your account at any time, go to GOPY Settings.
How can I update my company admin email address or phone number?

To change admin account email + phone number, please follow these steps
1. In case the person holding the login information has resigned/ retired, please email rubyho@gopy.io for assistance in changing the information.
2. If you still keep your information and are able to log in to your account, please login to Gopy App, click on your profile picture, go to Privacy settings and select Change password, change email

To decentralize access, you need an admin account or an authorized organization role account.
Assign role: Go to Dashboard- Accounts- User request- Accept user request and assign the appropriate role.
To create a new role in the company: Go to Dashboard- Accounts- Organization roles- Add new and assign the appropriate permissions to the position.
